Our terms and conditions described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these policies.

Stock products currently in inventory are shipped out within an average of 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. For products not in stock we will keep you informed on availability. Please let us know immediately if backorders are not acceptable. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping/ handling charges. You will only be charged shipping/handling at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. Due to any backorders, the entirety of this shipping/handling charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

We ship via United States Postal Service Insured Priority Mail or Express Mail from our inventory or via drop shipment from a manufacture or supplier.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $250 are shipped free via Parcel Post, UPS Ground, or drop shipped by manufacture or supplier. VHS and audio tape, CDR/DVD media and packaging are not eligible for free shipping. We will notify you of shipping charges on these products before we ship.

Free  Local Delivery:
We have free delivery via courier, Parcel Post, or UPS Ground in the Anchorage, Mat-Su and Kenai Peninsula areas for orders over $150. Second delivery attempts will be charged $8.00. For orders under $150 there is a small order fee of $8.00 for local delivery service.

International Orders:
We currently do not accept orders from outside the United States.

Discount Coupon Orders:
Sorry, discount coupons do not apply to "Current Specials" sale items.

Return Policy:
Prior to returning a product, you must call (907) 696-8273 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Products without a RMA will not be accepted for return. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Returns for defective product must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days of original invoice date, most products must be exchanged with the manufacturer. Please consult the product packaging for further warranty information.

You must verify all products are what you ordered before opening the retail packaging. If we have failed to provide you with the correct product, you can return the product in its original unopened packaging to us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

If you inadvertently ordered the wrong product, you can return the product within 20 days from your order date with a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping fees. You will be given credit for the value of the product minus the restocking and shipping fees if it is returned in its original, unopened packaging. Opened or defaced items, except in the event of a defect, may not be returned.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement, less any shipping and restocking charges.

When returning an item, it must be returned to us in its original box in order to receive an exchange or credit. Insuring your return is highly recommended, we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns. Please package your return with appropriate protection for the product and place the RMA number next to the address label.

There is a $50 charge on a refused shipment unless the refusal is based on error.

Payment Options:
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for online orders.

Established credit accounts with Alaska Audio/Visual & Data Supply may purchase products with a purchase order number on according to their credit account terms. You may apply for credit by calling (907) 696-8273.

Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. or checks, except for established credit accounts or pre-approved local delivery in the Anchorage and Mat-Su downtown areas. We will charge $25 fee on all returned checks.

Small Order Charge:
All orders under $79.00 are subject to a $8.00 small order charge

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
